Base Philadelphia
“Our vision for Base Philadelphia is to create the kind of Jewish home that becomes part of the fabric of people’s lives and helps them live lives of even more connection, joy, and purpose. We want Base to be a place where emerging adults in their 20s and 30s find friends, deep Jewish learning, joyful Shabbat and holiday celebrations, pastoral support, and a genuine sense of belonging during one of the most formative stages of adulthood. Philadelphia is where both of our families began building their lives in America. Together, our families’ stories reflect many of the themes we hope to cultivate through Base: rootedness, hospitality, and community.”

Mem Global- Moishe House
“Welcome to the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia! Moishe House Philly is the place to be for Jewish 20-somethings and their friends. Our monthly seven events are both in our house (Shabbat potluck anyone??) and around the city (Moishe Eats Series!). We work with our community to learn with local rabbi's and visionaries, and throw some humongous Hannuka and Purim parties at local venues. Whether you're looking for a homey night in with good food and a movie, or a rockin' dance party with a DJ in the kitchen, we've got it! We're a pluralistic, welcoming, accepting, and inclusive space for young Jews to connect over common ground. Philly never felt so good!”

We hope that through this monthly minyan, we can build a powerful community of energized and committed folks who love celebrating some of the best parts of our tradition: spirituality and food! Our minyan is grassroots and homegrown, and we intend on keeping it that way!”
